  • Overview

    We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team an seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to do full life cycle recruiting for the UK out of either the Nottingham or Peterborough office.  We focus on the mission at ERT, and you will be the messenger to the candidates, sharing the company mission/vision and specifically how the role they are applying to adds value to the company.  You will partner with the HR team as well as business line leaders and hiring managers to create short and long term sourcing strategies that engage the local communities.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Partner with department leadership and HR location staff to develop talent acquisition strategies to support the current and future growth.
    2. Develop, implement and enhance an effective recruiting program that attracts highly qualified individuals for current and future openings.
    3. Develop comprehensive social medial presence and employment brand to attract and establish relationships with potential employees. Works in conjunction with marketing as appropriate.
    4. Understand and anticipate current market trends, and their effects on talent acquisition and retention.
    5. Develop continuous sourcing strategies including networking, cold calling, career fair participation, college relations and other methods for attracting and maintaining candidate pools.
    6. Leads recruitment sourcing and screening processes to ensure quality applicants; coordinates with location HR staff to assure pipeline for candidates meets current and projected staffing requirements.  Participates in selection processes as requested.   
    7. Establish and maintain vendor relations with recruiting agencies, outreach partners and university contacts.
    8. Coordinates with location HR staff regarding visas and other immigration requirements in the US.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications and Skills Needed:

    • Responsive, passionate, proactive, creative, accountable.
    • Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience recruiting in fast paced environment; with exposure to life sciences field a plus.
    • Experience utilizing various recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems, social media tools, job fairs, networking, search engines and other methods. Strong social and professional networking presence over a variety of sites.
    • Strong business acumen and solid industry and market knowledge, and an overall creative and strategic approach to recruiting.
    • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced work environment;
    • Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to create partnerships with location HR staff and managers at all levels.
    • Experience with recruitment practices in Europe and Asia a plus.
    • Strong excel, word, and PowerPoint skills.
