We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team an seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to do full life cycle recruiting for the UK out of either the Nottingham or Peterborough office. We focus on the mission at ERT, and you will be the messenger to the candidates, sharing the company mission/vision and specifically how the role they are applying to adds value to the company. You will partner with the HR team as well as business line leaders and hiring managers to create short and long term sourcing strategies that engage the local communities.
